We are a small family owned and operated breeder of Leopard Geckos , Crested Geckos and Bearded Dragons. I have been a reptile hobbyist for 30 years. We focus on quality and helping to educate others in the hobby and also continually strive to educate ourselves.
Store Policy
Payment:
We accept PayPal and Venmo. Credit cards can be used through PayPal without having a PayPal account. We do not accept personal checks. You must be 18 years or older to purchase or have a legal parent or guardians permission.
Shipping:
We guarantee live arrival within the U.S. Animals will only be shipped when they reach appropriate weights. Ex Leopard geckos at 15 grams. Shipping costs are a flat rate of $65 for unlimited geckos. We will only ship when full payment has been processed. We ship FEDEX Priority Overnight on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We reserve the right to postpone shipments pending favorable weather conditions or if significant delays are being reported at the time of shipment due to unforeseen issues with FEDEX. WE will not ship if the temperatures are below 40 degrees or above 92 degrees. Animals will not be guaranteed for live arrival unless someone is available to receive the package on the first attempt, although we always recommend holding at a hub for pickup as a first option. Tracking numbers will be provided so you can track your package during shipping.
If there is a shipping mishap you must provide a photo of the box and the animal in the original container within 1 hour of the delivery time stamp. Finn's Exotics is only responsible for refunding / replacing the original purchase price of the animal. If the package arrives after the scheduled arrival time due to an error on the shipper resulting in a deceased animal we will seek a refund for the shipping cost and original purchase price and return it to the buyer if and when awarded if a replacement animal hasn't been chosen.
Guarantee:
We offer a 14 day health guarantee on all our animals as long as proper husbandry is being followed. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us first within the first 24 hours and arrangements for refund or replacement can be discussed. Proper return shipping and costs are buyers responsibility. We guarantee sex if marked as male or female in the ad, but not if the sex is not determined at the time of sale and no sex is listed. We guarantee all our animals are healthy and feeding at the time of shipping. If you have any questions please contact us. We cannot guarantee color or pattern will remain on any animal sold. We will guarantee you are provided with up to date accurate photos of the animals at the time of purchase.
