Dragons from Fire and Ice are exposed to interaction by kids, adults and even dogs with proper and diligent supervision. Each dragon is handled with love and care waiting to share their unique personality with you.
All available dragons will be posted over the next few days. Please be patient with me, we are trying to get the best pictures possible.
Store Policy
Shipping will be done through FedEx overnight, all shipments will need to be picked up at a FedEx or someone will need to be home at time of delivery. Fire and Ice Dragons will not be responsible for live animal packages not being picked up/attended to promptly.
A hold can be placed on a dragon with 50% deposit down of the total price. A hold can be placed up to 2 weeks unless prior arrangements have been made.
Deposits are non-refundable if Buyer backs out of a deal. Any amount paid by Buyer that is defined as a "deposit" in the ongoing transaction is considered a non-refundable deposit. If Seller does not specify that additional payments are non-refundable or sales are final, or does not specify the percentage of a full payment that represents the non-refundable portion, that amount shall not exceed 10% of the asking price.
Buyers are expected to promptly respond to communications from sellers, particularly when a shipping date has been agreed upon for an animal. If the buyer remains unresponsive for a period of 10 days or more, the seller has the right to consider the buyer's lack of communication as an indication of the buyer's desire to back out of the transaction. Deposits are non-refundable.
Seller is not responsible for the following outcomes once the animal is in the hands of Buyer:
• Animal Temperament
• Refusing to Eat
• Failure to Thrive – Buyer cannot hold Seller responsible if a baby animal dies or fails to thrive despite eating (either voluntarily or being force fed)
All bearded dragons are handled daily by kids and adults and have been properly handled around other animals with diligence and care. Each dragon has a unique and fun personality. Dragons sold by Fire and Ice have been well cared for while waiting for their forever home.
Fire and Ice Dragons guarantee does not cover the following:
Mishandling: Rough handling, improper handling, handling by children unsupervised.
Poor Diet: Incorrect protein (bugs), greens, inconsistent feeding/feeding schedules, and not providing basic dietary needs.
Incorrect Lights/Habitat and housing: Housing deemed too small, incorrect temperatures, humidity, incorrect lighting/lighting elements, housing multiple dragons in one habitat. Unsafe enrichments, incorrect basking, objects that could be harmful in the habitat.
Transportation: Transporting without a proper carrier or leash.
Outdoors: Dragons left outside without proper care such as playpen, supervision and ensure your dragon does not eat something that could be harmful or escape.
Neglect: Forgetting about the dragon, giving basic needs as well as everything listed above.
Please make sure you have done research, reached out and have asked questions to ensure that you are providing what is needed. Bearded dragons are not a beginner pet and do require more than what chain pet stores tell you.
