Store Policy
- I accept payment through PayPal, Cash App or by Debit/Credit through Square. I can invoice you if you prefer.
- We ship via FedEx Priority Overnight only. I ship out Tuesdays and Wednesdays as long as the temperature is not below 40 degrees or above 90 at any point in travel. I do prefer your reptile to be held at your closest Fedex location that handles live animals for pick-up to ensure the safety of the animal.
- I try to sex the dragons/lizards correctly and most times will be correct, but cannot guarantee sex of a young animal 100%.
- Guaranteed live delivery if picked up at Fedex HUB or Ship Center. MUST NOTIFY OF DEAD ANIMAL(S) WITHIN 2 HOURS OF ARRIVAL and provide photos of all packaging and the animal in the packaging. We may require that the animal be returned.
