About
We are a husband and wife team of reptile hobbyists with a collection of ball pythons, western hognoses, woma pythons, sand boas, and several other species.
Store Policy
We ship out on Tuesdays and Wednesdays weather pending.
Payment plans start at $750. Typical plans include a 25% non-refundable deposit and range in duration according to price: $750-$1500 30 days, $1500-$3000 60 days, $3000 and up 90 days. We don’t require a set payment schedule for 30 day payment plans. For 60 and 90 day plans at least an additional 25% towards the purchase is required monthly. Winter “holds” for more than 4 weeks are subject to the 25% non-refundable deposit even if paid in full (in the event buyer changes their mind while waiting for a safe shipping window).
***AUCTIONS***- We will only extend a payment plan on auctions where the winning bid exceeds $1000. A minimum $500 deposit is reauired within 48 hours of auction ending and the balance must be settled within 30 days of auction close regardless of winning bid amount. Payment is due in full within 48 hours of auction close for auctions where the winning bid is less than $1000.
*Health Guarantee: We guarantee all of our animals to be healthy and free of parasites upon arrival and for a period of 14 days thereafter. We recommend quarantining any new purchase for a minimum of 90 days. Failure to follow proper quarantine practices with new arrivals may void health guarantee.
Payment methods accepted: PayPal (goods and services only), Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, invoice for card or bank payment.
