About
We're a family owned business in Central Arkansas hoping to spread love and education for our cold blooded friends. Starting small we are opening up a rehab and rescue as well as working towards a breeding facility. In the future, we have big plans (i.e.) a zoo and a specialist reptile shop.
Store Policy
Payment plans:
-- 50% nonrefundable down payment
---- under $500 no payment plan option
---- $500-$750 - 30 day hold
---- $750-$1000 - 45 day hold
---- $1000+ - 60 day hold
-- If for any reason you need a refund, we will refund all payments outside of the down payment.
-- The animal will be shipped after we received full payment.
Shipping policies:
-- We only ship to FedEx hubs for the safety of the animal.
-- We will only ship if it is above 40° and below 90° at sender and receivers location but, willing to drive one state over (as long as travel cost covered).
-- Free shipping on orders over $750
DOA Policies:
-- Replacement or refund will be voided if:
---- You fail to pick up the animal within 2 hours of the hub opening
---- You fail to provide photo evidence
---- You fail to contact us within 2 hours of picking up the animal
Permits policies:
-- We will never knowingly send an animal illegal to own in an area
-- By purchasing our reptiles, you the buyer, take full responsibility for knowing your local laws and regulations on the reptile
-- By purchasing our reptiles, you the buyer, agree that you are within all regulations on that animal within your area
