Store Policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By purchasing from Gamez Geckos you agree to the terms and conditions.

PURCHASE / HOLDS
This is first come first serve. We will not hold any animal without a 30% / 50% non-refundable deposit or payment in full. If not paid in full by set date you will lose any and all money purchased for the animal. We will not offer returns on any purchase, instead we will offer sore credit up to 1 year.
Once we receive payment in full, you will be added to our shipping list. Animals must be paid in full by Saturday to be eligible for shipping the following Tuesday.
We have the right to refuse sale and or back out of sale.

LOCAL PICK-UPS
We will deduct the shipping costs, and meet for local pickup of your new animal at an agreed apon location

PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans on animals over $300 a 30% nonrefundable despoit; Payment must be paid in full (pif) by 30 days from first payment date

Payment plans on animals for under $300 a 50% nonrefundable deposit; Payment must be paid in full (pif) by 15 days from first payment date.


GENDER/COLOR/TAIL
I don’t guarantee the gender of the gecko unless they are at least 20 grams. All babies and juveniles are pore sexed to the best of my ability.
It is extremely common for geckos to change in color. Therefore pictures of geckos will be taken to the best of my ability in their color shown in that moment in time. Geckos can arrive brighter or darker in color. The purchase of gecko will not be compensated due to color, or lack of.
Please note that geckos will sometimes drop their tails. This does not affect the health or breeding ability of the gecko. Therefore, no compensation will be offered in the case of a tail lost during a payment plan or during shipping.


SHIPPING
Shipping dates will be when temperatures are between 40-85F here as well as on the recieving end. All shipments require delivery to your local FEDEX HUB for pick up only.
Geckos must ship out within 30days from final payment date. If payment is made and I am unable to contact you within the 30 days to arrange shipment and or local meet up the animal is considered abandoned and will be placed for sale again, payment will not be returned for abandoned animal. We have the right to refuse shipping due to the saftey of the animal. Summer and winter hold will be adjusted accordingly.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
Live guarantee is valid if Seller recommends a hub hold for pickup, and the animal is picked up within one hour of delivery to hub.
D.O.A: We require a photo/video of each animal within one hour of delivery to be sent to us via insagram or via facebook messenger. Once we receive proper notification, stipulations will be further discussed with the recipient. Animal(s) will be replaced as soon as one of equal value is available, or BUYER may elect for a store credit. We do not issue cash refunds. At this time we do not offer health guarantee
Live arrival can be guarantee apon other circumstances through private message.

DISCOUNTS
We may apply some form of discount on multiple geckos and or purchases for local pick up.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
