Store Policy
~ Sales and Payments ~
All sales are final
We require buyers to be 18 years of age or older.
We accept Cashapp and Venmo as payment. Contact us for more info.
Deposits to hold any animal are welcome. However, they are non-refundable.
We ask 25% of the total cost (including shipping) to hold any animal.
After a deposit has been made, you have 30 days to make your final payment.
If the full amount has not been paid, all payments are forfeited and the animal will be relisted for sale.
Animals $175 and under must be paid in full unless it is not at weight to ship.
In such case, we will ask for a deposit to hold and full payment when weight is reached.
~ Shipping Terms ~
Cost of shipping is not included in the listed price
Shipping costs are determined by your location.
We will let you know the cost in response to inquiries
We ship overnight Fed-Ex to Fed-Ex Hubs only.
We will not ship if weather is unfavorable. Temperatures must be over 40 and under 90.
Tracking numbers will be sent via email after final payment has been made.
An ID will be required upon pick-up. Please address your package accordingly.
Geckos will not be shipped until they have reached at least 15 grams.
~ Guarantees ~
We guarantee that any animal we sell and ship is healthy, active, and eating well.
We guarantee that they will be exactly as listed and at weight specified.
We guarantee we will do everything possible to ensure a safe delivery

Garden of the Geckos is family owned and operated.
We are a first come first serve seller.
We cannot guarantee the gender, but we will do our best to identify as they grow.
We handle and interact with our geckos daily.
In the event of a DOA, we will offer a full refund minus shipping.
However, we require video proof via email or text within 1 hour of arrival.
If you cannot follow through in a timely manner, all refunds will be void.
We do not offer refunds or discounts in the unfortunate event of a dropped tail during shipping.
If at any point you feel like you can no longer properly care for your animal, please reach out.
You will be responsible for a proper return along with the costs associated.
