Store Policy
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. No animal will leave our facility unless paid in full. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold on an animal longer than 24 hours. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our animals, or have your parents purchase it for you.
We will consider payment plans on sales over $1000.00 . Payment plans require a 25% non-refundable deposit and payment in full within 30-60 days. Conditions of payment can be discussed during the initial order. During this time, we will continue to feed and care for the animal as we do all of our others. If full payment is not received within 60 days, we reserve the right to put the animal back up for sale. If it sells prior to receiving your final payment, you will receive a full credit for funds above the initial 25% non-refundable deposit paid to put toward a future purchase with us. You are responsible for keeping up your end of the payment agreement. We will not be responsible for contacting you with reminders.
We guarantee live delivery when held for pickup at your nearest available FedEx Ship Center. If there are any issues with the animal upon delivery, we must be notified immediately. If a replacement is warranted, we will either ship a similar animal from our stock or issue a refund. Sex is guaranteed but must be verified within 24 hours of receiving your animal.
We are FedEx Certified and ship via Overnight for next day delivery by 10:30am to most areas. We only ship packages out on Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to avoid potential problems or delays that may occur. We ship in insulated boxes with heat or cool packs as needed. All shipments will be weather permitting and subject to change as weather conditions change. The health and well-being of our animals are our highest priority. Shipping rate is $60.00 to your nearest "reptile approved" Fed Ex Hub. Or $75.00 to your door for the lower 48 states, and free domestic shipping for orders over $1000.00 .
If properly acclimated and cared for, our animals should do excellent for you. If you have questions regarding the care of your animal, please contact us. It is difficult to put a long term guarantee on our animals. Even with the best advice, once you receive them, we have no way of controlling how they are cared for. We cannot guarantee against flawed husbandry practices, or accidents while in your care. Only you are ultimately responsible for your animal.
