Store Policy
*All animals are guaranteed to be healthy and properly sexed. If there is any problems or please contact us within 24 hours of arrival.
* Payments: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Venmo
* Shipping: Animals will be shipped for next day delivery. We will only ship orders when temperatures are above 40 degrees and below 90 degrees. If temperatures are above or below those parameters we can consider shipping to your nearest FedEx hub for pickup. Live arrival guaranteed. In the event of a problem, time and date stamped photographic proof of the animal must be submitted within 2 hours of arrival/pickup. Failure to do so nullifies the Live Arrival Guarantee.
* We have different payment plans available on animals over $250, Contact us for more information. All payment plans require a non-refundable 25% deposit. Animals will be shipped after complete payment has been received.
* A deposit of 25% is required to hold an animal If deposit is forfeited due to failure to complete payment arrangements, customer can use the deposit amount on a future purchase at full price within a 3 month period of deposit
