Welcome to The Ball Boothe! We are reptile enthusiasts and Ball Python breeders since 2018. We love all of our snakes and take care of them religiously. We are currently working on multiple recessive projects as a small, home based business in South Alabama. Check out our balls! 100% satisfaction is our goal in producing the highest quality ball pythons for your pet or breeding plans. Store Policy
Payment is due at the time of initial transaction. At this time we only accept PayPal friends and family. We do offer payment plans on animals over $300.00.
Payment Plans:
We understand that some animals may be more expensive than others and we strive to make every effort to get you the animal you want. Payment plans are available on animals that are OVER $300. 25% of the total cost + shipping is due at the initial time of the transaction. This initial 25% is NONREFUNDABLE if the animal is not paid for by the end of the 30 day payment plan period. If the animal is not paid for in full by the end of the 30th day at midnight, central standard time, the animal will be re-listed and the 25% deposit will be forfeited. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
Shipping:
We strive to make sure that our animals are safe while in our care and during shipping. All animals will be shipped either FedEx or UPS overnight at the buyers cost of $60.00. We ship on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday each week. We can ship multiple animals once for one flat fee of $60.00. We will only ship when temperatures are appropriate for the animals from the departing city to the destination city and all hubs in between. If there is a concern that the temperatures are not appropriate, you, the buyer will be notified of the next most appropriate shipping date.
Genetics Guarantee:
We 100% guarantee all hets. We will list pairings for all animals if hets are present. We are not attempting to sell animals that are genetically mislabeled. We also guarantee that all animals are appropriately sexed.
Genetics of other animals are based off of what the pairings were that produced the animal, our knowledge of genetics and the knowledge of several other notable ball python breeders. Sometimes animals will change as they age, so look carefully before buying.
Live Arrival Guarantee:
Our animals are kept with appropriate husbandry and are feeding on appropriately sized live rodents weekly. Sometimes things happen during shipping that are beyond the seller or buyer’s control. We will take the utmost care in shipping our animals, including appropriate packing and heating (if necessary). In the event of an animal’s demise during shipping, we will be happy to replace the animal with another of equal value. If an animal does arrive deceased, we must be notified via telephone within 30 minutes of the animals arrival with pictures of the packaging, deceased animal and a screenshot of your FedEx or UPS email receipt showing arrival time. If we are not notified within 30 minutes of the animals arrival, the Live Arrival Guarantee is null and void. We strongly encourage buyers to be home when the animal will arrive as the shipping process is stressful and the animal should be removed from the packaging as soon as possible.
