About
I am a small time hobbyist breeder. I grew up in the Southeast romping in woods and ponds always looking for the next critter to find. My love for being amongst nature and the wild fostered my passion for my animals, both furred and scaled. With the help of middle school biology and a study on Gregor Mendel that passion turned into a scientific curiosity for genetics and the building blocks of life. I hope to share this passion and curiosity with those around me.
Store Policy
Store Policy: I wish first and foremost for the good health of my animals and that my customers are happy. I have spelled out my terms below to best protect buyer, seller, and animal(s). It is assumed that you have read these full terms before inquiring and the exchange of money from buyer to seller is an agreement thereof. If you have any questions or need clarification, please feel free to contact me.
Payment

-Buyer will receive an invoice via Square and will be given 24 hours to make payment. If payment is not made within this time frame the hold will be released and the animal(s) made available to other interested parties.
-All sales are final, unless there is a confirmed problem with the health of the animal(s) (see below).
-A minimum of 20% non-refundable non-transferable deposit is required with remaining payment to be made within 30 days.
-I do not at this time accept payment plans.
-By making a purchase the buyer confirms they are at least 18 years of age.
Shipping
-All animals can be shipped anywhere within the continental United States where the species is legal to own.
-Shipping is unavailable to Iowa and Colorado for Western Hognose. It is assumed the buyer has procured any necessary permits according to state/county/city laws and will provide proof if required.
-Animals are shipped FedEx overnight through ShipYourReptiles in strict compliance with their shipping guidelines when weather conditions permit at both sending and receiving locations.
-All animals will be shipped within 7 business days, weather permitting.
-Animals may be held up to 15 business days at buyer’s request to accommodate schedules.
-Shipping will take place on Tuesday or Wednesday only. Local pick up also available.
-For the safety of the animal, delivery will be at a FedEx HUB only.
-Draaken Cove is not responsible for unforeseen shipping delays by FedEx, including but not limited to: carrier delays/issues, FedEx employee and/or paperwork errors, unpredicted weather events etc.
-Draaken Cove is not responsible for delivery delays due to buyer error including but not limited to: incorrect information, not picking up animal on delivery date, etc.
Live Arrival/Health Guarantee
-All animals sold were produced by Draaken Cove unless stated otherwise.
-All animals sold are in good health and free of parasites.
-If there is any health concern or in the event of a DOA you must notify me within 2 hours of receiving the animal.
-I greatly encourage every buyer to video document unboxing in the event of any issue.
-With the exclusion of mites, I offer a health guarantee for 7 days. If you have any concerns during the time please contact me and secure an ARAV certified vet, I understand some things can take time to show up with reptiles, therefore if you have concerns after the 7-day window please let me know if I can be of assistance.
-Draaken Cove guarantees the history provided with each animal accurately portrays the animal, gender (if known), pedigree/parentage, genetics, identification number, hatch/birth date, and feeding records.
-I strongly encourage any new animals go through a minimum 60-day quarantine in a new environment. This includes but is not limited to: keeping the animal in a separate room from other reptiles, feeding with separate tongs, thoroughly washing hands after contact with animal or enclosure, etc.
Returns
-Returns and refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are NOT guaranteed.
-If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 12 hours of receiving the animal(s).
-In the event of a return the buyer is responsible for shipping materials and costs. The animal(s) will be shipped in accordance to ShipYourReptiles or Reptile2You standards.
-Any refund will take place AFTER the animal arrives safely back at Draaken Cove.
-In the event of a DOA photo and/or video proof will be required. I greatly encourage any buyer to video document the unboxing in the event of an issue.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
