We maintain accurate incubation temperatures throughout the season. However, animals labeled TSM or TSF are NOT guaranteed that sex unless otherwise stated.
30-day payment plans are welcomed for orders totaling $100 or more. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to place said animal(s) on hold. In the event the balance is not paid within 30 days, the deposit can be credited towards a future order. Shipping costs are NOT included in the posting price - an $80 flat rate will be added upon purchase.
Shipping directly to FedEx Ship Centers is our preferred method - this allows for reduced transportation time, resulting in less stress for the animal. In the event this is not available, direct shipping to an address with the buyer present at the time of arrival is required. We are not responsible for shipping delays, mistakes made by third-party shipping, or dropped tails. In the unlikely event of DOA, the buyer will be compensated with a credit or animal of equal value.
