Store Policy
GENERAL
All animals are honestly represented. Animals are guaranteed to arrive to the Buyer safe healthy and free of mites. Sex is guaranteed also. Buyer must contact us within 72 hours if there are any issues.
SHIPPING
All animals will be shipped via Fed Ex Overnight in accordance with all rules and regulations. Live arrival is guaranteed to your local Fed Ex hub to be held for pickup. Buyer assumes risk if they go against advice and request a residential shipment. Since we can’t control conditions on the delivery trucks, a hub shipment is highly preferred. Any DOAs must be reported with proof within an hour of pickup. Free shipping on orders over $1000.
THEORETICAL IDs
Visual recessives and hets will always be properly ID’d. As far as co-dominant mutations we will do our very best to identify them based upon look and lineage. If there is any question on the genetics we will consult other breeders in the field. Any remaining ambiguity will be fully disclosed to the buyer.
PAYMENTS
We accept payment via Paypal, credit/debit cards via Square, and direct wire transfers.
PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans will be made on a case by case basis, on orders over $500 typically 30-90 days with a 25% non-refundable deposit. After receiving initial payment, the animal will be placed on hold while the buyer makes remaining payments. Once paid off we will arrange shipping for your animal, we will never ship an animal before it is paid off. There will be NO REFUNDS ON PAYMENTS collected throughout the duration of the payment plan. Inability to pay off the payment plan will result in a loss of the non-refundable deposit with any funds in excess being turned into store credit that you may use towards any future purchase.
