Currently a hobbyist breeder focusing on Clown, TSK Axanthic, TSK Axanthic clown, Freeway, and Pied combos. I am constantly reevaluating the genes I am working with, my goal is to produce animals that age as well as possible. As the name implies I am an Army veteran, that also has a background in genetics, and have more than 30 years experience keeping and studying numerous exotic animal species. I am still amazed at how far things have come since my first wild caught ball python in the '80's.

Store Policy
Store Policy is posted for protection of both BUYER and SELLER, SELLER is NOT responsible for issues that may arise from BUYER not reading or adhering to store policy contained within.
Payments and payment plans.
BUYER is responsible for cost of animal, shipping and shipping insurance fees, sales tax, and paypal fees at time of purchase.
Payment plans are possible for animals over $500 in listed value, for a period between 30-60 days upon agreement of seller. BUYER is responsible for a 25% non-refundable deposit upon acceptance of payment plan terms by SELLER. BUYER is only eligible to receive a refund of the deposit if for any reason SELLER backs out of the sale.
Sex and Genetics:
All reptiles are listed and sold to the best knowledge of the SELLER to be 100% accurate as to sex, and as transparent as possible as to genetics. When dealing with multigene animals IDs become very complex and every effort is made to present the most accurate ID as possible. Animals will be listed as Poss (Possible) for a gene when that gene was in the pairing that produced the animal, but SELLER is not 100% certain the gene is present. In cases where genetic testing is done results will be included either in the listing, electronic communication, documentation shipped with animal, any/or all of the above.
Hets are listed as per hobby/industry standard which is based on the pairing of the adults that produced the listed animal. BUYER is responsible for understanding what 100%, 66%, 50%, and poss het means.
Health:
Unless otherwise specified all animals are sold and shipped in healthy condition. Unless otherwise stated all animals are held until they have had at least 5 meals, and at least one bowel movement. Seller is responsible for listing and/or communicating any defect known in an animal. (As an example microphyllia and macrophyllia are known issue with supper lesser combos, this is a physical defect not known to cause health issues)
BUYER is responsible for having a proper setup for purchased specific species that provides for the specific husbandry requirements prior to animal being shipped. SELLER is not responsible for issues that arise due to poor husbandry. By purchasing an animal from SELLER the BUYER has by default acknowledged that they have the proper equipment and will perform proper quarantine procedure, SELLER is not responsible for the proper care and husbandry upon leaving SELLERs facility.
BUYERS LOCAL AND STATE LAWS
BUYER is responsible for knowing their local and state laws regarding owning and transport of species purchased from seller. Buyer assumes all responsibility for any fines, fees, or penalties that result from purchasing and prohibited or restricted species.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Shipping on Tuesdays only, subject to weather restrictions at both the shipping and receiving locations.
Shipping is handled through Ship Your Reptiles (SYR). Buyer should verify current status of Live arrival guarantees through SYR. Live arrival and On time delivery guarantee are included with all shipping quotes. No animal will be shipped outside of availability of both, in order to protect buyer and seller. In other words I will not ship an animal if it is not safe to do so period.
Day of shipping SELLER will provide photos and video of purchased animal showing overall health, current weight, and packing as of the day of shipping. Prior to entering FEDEX hub facility SELLER will also photographically document condition of shipping package, and provide these to BUYER as well.
Must be 18 years old as signature verification is required for all shipments to Fedex hub.
Live arrival and time delivery are subject to SYR rules and restrictions, any deviation from these rules and restrictions negates both and resulting losses become BUYERS responsibility.
SELLER agrees to provide notification of any deviation within a timely manner to BUYER.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
