All animals are captive born and produced by Dustin and Greg and are guaranteed to be healthy, correctly sexed, accurately represented, and feeding unless noted otherwise.
We currently accept Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal and any Major Credit Card using Square. Payment plans are accepted on case by case basis, with a 25% non refundable deposit. Shipping is determined at time of shipment, customer is responsiblefor actual shipping cost. We use Ship Your Reptiles and abide by thier guidlines and insurance requirements. Any problems on arrival, We must be notified within 1 hour of receiving the animal. If there is a problem, only when the animal is back in our possession will cash or a credit be issued. Animals can only be returned if the animal is sick unhealthy or sexed incorrectly. Aesthetics and/or temperament are not acceptable or valid reasons to return. If you wish to cancel your purchase or payment plan after making a payment or paying in full, before the animal is shipped, the 25% deposit will be forfeited and only up to 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded. The full amount paid can be saved and used as credit towards another animal depending on availability (this will not cover shipping). If the animal needs to be returned due to suspected health reasons, it must be returned and in my hands, within 7 days of the initial shipping, using the same shipping requirements as it was received. Only then will a credit or refund be processed. In the event of a return a 50% restock and quarantine fee will apply for any returned animal, that fee can also be used as credit within 30 days towards another animal but not refunded as cash. In the case of returning an animal the buyer will pay return shipping in full.
All live animal orders are shipped via FedEx priority Next-Day. To most areas, this shipping method guarantees delivery by 10:30am. However, some areas have a guaranteed delivery time of 12:00 noon or by the end of the day. For safety reasons, temperatures must be between 40-90ºF on both ends and somebody must be there to sign for our live arrival guarantee. I take no responsibility for shipping delays once the animal has left my possession and will not issue a refund or credit if one occurs. If the animal is DOA, the customer must notify me of the DOA within 1 hour of receiving the animal. The time will be determined by the receipt time provided online by the delivery carrier. Notification with videos and pictures of the actual DOA animal must be received within that hour or all guarantees are null and void.
