I am a hobbiest ball breeder who focuses on high quality and low volume. I take a lot of pride in producing quality reptiles over breeding just for sales. I have owned reptiles for many years and have a lot of experience caring for scaly friends. I will always strive to provide the best service and animals to you. Since I care most about the animals, I am always happy to share my experience and knowledge with my customers. Store Policy
I don’t typically offer discounts on breeder size females.
-I guarantee hets have the percent chance stated on snakes produced in house.
-I don't always guarantee codominant morphs, but I do my absolute best to know what goes in and comes out of our pairings. If I'm not sure, I'll let it be known! If you're not sure, we can work together to figure out what is present and why I chose to list an animal as I did.
-I guarantee live arrival if picked up within the first 4 hours after becoming available for pickup as long as temperatures are between 40° and 90° on both ends.
-If a DOA occurs, photograph and video proof of the animal being DOA with the accurate metadata time stamp is required to be sent to my email or my Morph Market account within 2 hours after pickup.
~Payments~
No animal is put on hold until some form of deposit is paid. Therefore, someone can swipe it out from under you. If you're serious, prove it.
Deposits in all cases are minimum 25% of the agreed price, minimum $100, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.
I accept payment through Zelle as well as Paypal as backup. PayPal payments will need to add a 5% processing fee that goes directly to PayPal and will be discussed prior.
Payment plans:
30 day (2 payments) $500-$1000
60 day (4 payments) $1000-$3000
90 day (6 payments) $3000
Animal combination lots are to be paid within 30 days.
-Payment plans are to be completed through Zelle. If you are unfamiliar with this service, please do ask me about it. It's free and included with nearly every banking institution's online banking.
-Communication is everything: if there's no communication from the buyer (unless previously discussed) within 30 days after repeated attempts at communication, the plan and payments made will be considered abandoned and the animal(s) will be forfeit and put back up for sale.
-Purchases canceled at buyers request will be refunded less 25% or 50$, whichever is greater, except for extenuating circumstances determined at my sole discretion. Refunds will also have shipping fees deducted if shipping cost if within 2 days of agreed shipping time.
-25% of the final purchase price will not be refunded if the buyer does not fulfill the contract within the agreed upon time regardless of the actual down payment.
-If a buyer requests to cancel a fully or partially paid unshipped order for store credit, then the deposit will be forfeit and the remainder can be used for store credit towards another animal. If a refund is requested, the final amount less the deposit will be refunded in the platform it was sent. There is a possibility that the full amount may not be refunded in one lump payment if the refunded amount exceeds $1000. If under that limit, refund will usually be ready within 3-15 business days. If over this limit, the total amount will be refunded within 30 days.
-In the event of a trade, the buyer (you) will send the snake(s) to me first for assessment. If I determine everything I was told is accurate, I will then fulfill my part of the deal and ship out.
~Shipping and Temperatures~
I ship when the high temperature at both locations is between 40 and 90. I will hold the animal until it is safe to ship. After there is communication stating that the temperatures have reached acceptable shipping levels, there will be a 14-day window in which the animal must be shipped out otherwise the animal will be deemed unclaimed or start accruing maintenance fees of $10 per week for the upkeep.
If there's no communication within 30 days, any paid balance minus the non-refundable deposit can be used as credit for another animal in our store at my sole discretion.
The health and well being of my animals is what is most important to me and I hope that you feel the same!
