Gecko World Austin is your one stop shop for all your reptile and aquatic needs. Varying from reptiles, supplies, and feeders! We carry all kinds of animals, including Crested Geckos, Gargoyle Geckos, Leopard Geckos, Leachies, Bearded Dragons, Mantis, and Jumping Spiders. We currently have online sales for shipping or pick-up (at show or at our new store in Kyle, Texas), and sell at reptile shows near you!

Sales:
You must be 18 or older to make any purchase. If you are not 18 or older, a parent must contact us and purchasing arrangements can be made through them.
For new buyers, references are required and will likely be contacted. This is to ensure that purchased animals will be in a safe and caring home.
Payment:
Payment is accepted through Paypal, or by card. A bill of sale and the terms of service will be issued upon received payment.
Payment Plans:
For animals and other orders above $400 payment plans are available. Payment plans will be set up over a 30 day period. During this 30 day period, all animals will be placed on hold and will be delisted to other buyers.
In the event of starting a payment plan, a 25% deposit must be placed. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE
Animals will not be shipped until the full payment has been made. If payment has not been made within the 30 day limit.
Pricing:
Pricing reflects the current market based on color, morph, and care time. Additional offers may be considered however may not be accepted; Gecko World reserves the right to decline these additional offers.
Health Guarantee:
Gecko World offers a 48 hour health assurance on all received animals. All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy. Animals will be properly sexed but a guarantee cannot be made as Louping is not 100% accurate and is only an educated guess.
Buyers are responsible for tracking and receiving shipped animals. If animals are not picked up on the day of arrival all guarantees are voided. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CONTACT US UPON RECEIVING ANY ANIMALS. Please contact us within 1 hour of receiving the animal.
In the rare case of a DOA, dead on arrival, you must contact us immediately. Video and photographic evidence must be provided as well as a report from an exotic veterinarian. If Gecko World is proven at fault in the report, a full refund will be issued as store credit (minus the cost of shipping).
Shipping:
Shipping is currently available within the lower 48 states of the United States.
Shipping is offered based on location and will vary by zip code. Shipping is processed through the Reptiles2you service and carried through FedEx. Live animals are shipped as priority overnight to a FedEx Hub and ONLY a FedEx Hub.
Home address shipping is unavailable as we cannot guarantee the arrival time nor arrival of your animal as home shipping is not always accurate. Hub shipping is the only way to 100% guarantee that an animal reaches its final destination.
If animals are not picked up by their arrival day, all guarantees are voided.
Shipping days are Monday-Wednesday and when weather temps are suitable; the temperatures can range from 35 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit.
Animals will not be shipped during sub optimal weather conditions and will be held at no extra cost until a safer shipping date can be arranged.
Photos:
All photos are taken of the exact animal listed. Additional photos can be requested but no guarantee can be made for how soon new photos can be sent. If an animal is on hold either for payment plan holding or shipping holding, additional photos can be requested as proof of service.

Animal diets differ for each animal type. If you have any questions about diet please contact us with your questions.
