About
Gx3 Reptiles was started by Grant and Alexandra Garton. We are currently based out of Sacramento, CA where we have our retail shop open 7-days/week! We also ship throughout the continental US. We pride ourselves on producing quality pythons, monitors, tortoises, and other CBB animals at our facility!
Store Policy
ANIMALS
- All prices listed are in US dollars for single animals, and do not include shipping fees unless otherwise specified.
- All animals are guaranteed to be correctly sexed, feeding, and healthy, and accurately match any description and/or pictures sent to customer prior to shipping, unless previously discussed and agreed upon by customer & Gx3 Reptiles. We do not guarantee animal temperament. We do expect you to inspect your animal(s) upon receipt to verify condition and gender. If there are any issues, (i.e. incorrectly sexed), please bring it to our attention immediately - DON'T wait days or weeks.
- Please open shipping boxes and inspect all animals immediately upon receipt of shipment. If you have any concerns regarding your order, you must notify us within 12 hours of receipt of your shipment. If we have not heard from you within 12 hours of you receiving your shipment, we will consider your transaction complete. In the unlikely event that an animal is DOA, photographic proof will be required. If you cannot provide photographs, you will be required to send the expired animal back via next day air at your expense. Animals DOA will be replaced or credit issued at our discretion.
- Animals are guaranteed for 48 hours after leaving Gx3 Reptiles. We take pride in the health and quality of our snakes, and we want you to have a perfect experience with us. If you have questions or concerns, CONTACT US!!! We cannot help you with problems that we don't know about. We are available via phone & e-mail. PHOTOS ARE REQUIRED FOR PROOF IN THE EVENT THAT AN ANIMAL DIES. Please refrigerate the body until you receive further instructions from us.
