Store Policy
Shipping: We will only ship overnight on Mondays and Tuesdays at our own discretion. If the weather is too hot or cold we will have to wait to ship. We can also arrange local pickup or show pickup. If you fail to pickup the animal more than 4 hours after it has been delivered to your fedex hub, all live arrival guarantees are void.
Genetics Guarantee: All animals come with paperwork that shows their genetics as well as the parents of the clutch. All genes are guaranteed to the best of my knowledge. Anything labeled as possible cannot be guaranteed because it has not been proven.
Health Guarantee: We guarantee that your reptile is healthy and feeding for us upon arrival. In the rare event your animal arrives in any condition less than perfect, any claims must be made immediately upon pickup of the animal. Send a message via our morphmarket, facebook, instagram, text, or email. Any claims made over 4 hours from the Fedex delivery confirmation are not valid. We will not pay for any sort of vet expenses. This includes spider gene wobbles. Please do your own research and be aware that anything with the spider gene could have neurological disorders and purchase at your own risk.
Returns: We do not accept any returns in order to not risk the health of any animals.
We reserve the right to refuse sale for any reason. Typically this rule is invoked in instances where we do not believe our animal is going to a good home, but we may decline sales for any other reason at any time.
Payment plans may be arranged on a case by case basis. Typically we do not accept payment plans below $1000. We require a nonrefundable deposit to hold any animal. If the customer fails to meet the terms of the plan (including payment deadlines) then the contract is breached and the deposit considered forfeit. We reserve the right to decline offers for payment plans.
