Store Policy
All animals are 100% guaranteed for healthy arrival/proper sexing. Genetics are guaranteed to the best of my ability. Some genes can be difficult to distinguish in combos especially with several genes stacked together. All recessive traits will be guaranteed unless noted as Poss hets. All guarantees are provided that orders shipped to FedEx hub be picked up promptly, and someone is present to receive the package when shipped to your door. Live Arrival: Live arrival and health guarantee is VOIDED if I’m not notified about a problem within 1 hour of delivery or pickup. Shipping is through (Fed Ex Priority Overnight) to your home or hub, price varies depending on location and package size. Shipping temps must be between 50-92 for shipping to take place. Anything between 50-70 will be Fedex Hub Pickup only. Payments are accepted via PayPal only for now. Payment must be made in full before animal ships. Payment plans are available- to hold any animal a 25% Non Refundable deposit must be paid first.
Payment must be made within agreed amount of time. Failure to pay in full will result in the animal being relisted. Payment plan installments are non-refundable but can be transferred to another purchase.
