About
Hi I’m Paul and I have had a passion for reptiles since I was very young. In 2016 I purchased my first Ball python. That started my passion for this wonderful species. In 2019 I decided to turn my passion into a hoddy/business and named it HogtownBalls. I decided on Hogtown Balls because 2019 was the year of the Hog in the Chinese calendar and Hogtown is the nickname given to the City I live in Toronto. My goal is to provide quality, Healthy animals to reptile enthusiasts.
Store Policy
Store Policy:
**Canadian sales only on animals under $1,200 CAD.**
Health/Sex/Genetics:
All animals sold by Hogtown Balls are guaranteed to be healthy, disease and parasite free at time of sale. All animals are guaranteed represented accurately genetically speaking unless otherwise discussed. Every effort will be made to properly sex animals, but please be sure to confirm the sex upon receipt.
Payment:
Payment methods - interact email money transfer, or (cash if picked up locally).
Payment plans:
Payment plans are usually 1 to 2 months on animals over $600 CAD. To hold an animal, we require a 25% non refundable deposit. The remainder must be paid upon agreed due to date for full payment. This deposit must be made via interact email money transfer or cash if picked up locally. Final payment cannot be changed after initially agreed upon date. After the non refundable deposit is received the animal(s) will be taken off the market and held for the customer. Animals will be fed and maintained as usual. Any additional payments towards the balance during the payment plan will become non refundable as they are paid. If for whatever reason the customer cannot complete the payment plan as agreed to, the animal will be reposted and sold at current market value once the agreed date for final payment has passed. The non refundable deposit (and any subsequent payments) are non transferable and are meant to absorb the costs associated with holding and removing the animal from market. Failure to pay by the agreed upon date will result in cancelation of the payment plan and loss of non refundable deposits.

Returns/Refunds/Shipping problems:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. As stated above all animals are guaranteed to be in perfect health at time of receipt. Once the animal is safely put in the customers possession, we cannot guarantee the animal will be cared for adequately, therefore; no refund will be issued if the animal is to perish in the first 24 hours. If an animal has been shipped and is dead on arrival(DOA), or appears unwell the customer must contact Hogtown Balls within one hour of the delivery confirmation email with photo and/or video evidence to discuss refund options. It is expected that the shipping box is opened and the animals safety verified immediately upon receipt.
Shipping:
Domestic Canada wide shipping is available via Reptile Express (www.reptileexpress.com) at buyers expense. Shipping to the USA can also be made available via reptile express for orders $1,200 CAD and over. To receive a shipping quote please send your postal/zip code and we will get back to you promptly.
