Snakes can be placed on hold for a non-refundable 20% deposit (not including the quoted shipping cost). Payment for a snake is understood to include the deposit. If a buyer backs out of a sale paid in full, they are entitled to a refund of all of the shipping costs, and 80% of the cost of the snake.
