Accepted forms of payments
We only accept zelle, PayPal, or square. We no longer accept cash app, or Venmo due to issues with payments.
PayPal does offer a pay later option when we send our invoice if your are more interested in that as a payment plan.

Payment plans:
We do offer payment plans for local pick up or shipping. Payment plans are for 30 days with a 50% deposit for new customers and 30% deposit for recurring customers. Payment plans are non refundable unless DOA occurs (please see our DOA terms and conditions for more information). Also any buyer that does a “buyer back out” will not be allowed access to payment plans in the future. Geckos on payment plans will be marked on hold for 30 days. If after 30 days the payment has not been paid in full the gecko will be listed back up for sale. If you are a loyal customer and have bought from us regularly we will be willing to work on longer payment plans. However with so many people only putting 20-30% down and then not completing the payment plans, we had to go a little bit more strict on our terms and conditions.
DOA:
You have until 1 hr after delivery time to report a DOA. Each package is tractable and will be visible to us the time that it was delivered. If a DOA is within the time limit then the amount of the gecko will be added as store credit with free shipping. Any gecko over the price of the original gecko will be the buyers responsibility to pay the remaining amount for that gecko.
Shipping
All geckos are shipped overnight for the health and safety of the animal. We monitor temperatures from the shipping location to the delivery location. We do contact you if we are unable to ship the gecko at the scheduled date due to weather conditions. We will hold any gecko until weather conditions improve. If we are unable to receive any response from you when scheduling a new shipment date then we will continue to hold the gecko for 10 days. After 10 days if a new shipment date has not been scheduled, we will consider that as a “buyer back out” and will not ship the gecko to you. The gecko will be listed back for sale.
Health guarantee
We do offer a 30 day health guarantee for any gecko. We want to insure you that all of our geckos are healthy. In case of any problems during the 30 days you are to reach out to us and let us know. We require pictures of current living conditions, last known feeding, feed type live or powder mix, temperature photos within the same enclosure set up. If living conditions, temperatures, and feeding was done poorly then you will not be receiving your health guarantee and will be band from purchasing any more geckos from us. If living conditions, temperatures, feedings was done properly then we will add the price of the gecko as store credit with free shipping. Any geckos over the amount of the store credit will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay.

Store credit can be used to purchase any gecko from our store as either local pickup or shipping. Store credit can be obtained by DOAs, Health guarantee policy, or giveaways.
Privacy conditions:
We only keep the names of our buyers. We don’t not keep any card information, addresses, mobile numbers or emails. We are required to keep the name of the buyer for future loyal buyer give aways and in case any “buyer back outs” on payment plans. We also have the right to refuse any animal from our store if we believe that the buyer doesn’t provide the proper care for that animal. If we receive any information that any gecko that has been purchased has been in unacceptable conditions then we will no longer do any business with that buyer. Also we will alert other breeders in the hobby as well.

Giveaways

Gecko gender
Geckos that have a confirmed gender are listed as so on our store. If a gecko is unsexed or nvp or pv, we are not responsible for miss gendering and no store credit will be available for miss gendering.
