Store Policy

In Winter, shipping is not available for the safety of the animal unless discussed and agreed upon by buyer.


Payment: Deposits and payments are non-refundable. Geckos are not yours or marked sold unless they are paid for in full, or a pre-approved 50% deposit is made. Purchases are a first-come, first-serve basis.

Payment Plans: Payment plans are accepted on purchases over $500. A down payment of 50% or more must be received of the total cost of the gecko. Gecko(s) need to be paid off in 30 days.

Gecko Tails: Geckos drop their tails, often for no apparent reason. Because of this, we cannot be held responsible for tails dropped during shipping or while under our care, and no refunds will be given for dropped tails.

Temperature Guidelines & Shipping: Live arrival can only be guaranteed when temperatures are between 35° (overnight low) and 85°(daytime high). If a gecko has to be held for appropriate shipping weather we will hold free of charge. If the weather decides to change on us and we have to wait for shipping weather, no refund will be given. We cannot control the weather! We also cannot control if Fedex has any delays during shipping which causes your box to arrive late. If Fedex has a delay while your box is in transit no refund on shipping costs will be given. If the weather is 35*-39* or 81*-85*, your gecko must be shipped to a hub for pick up, first thing in the morning.

Guaranteed Live Arrival: An adult 18 years or older must be home to receive the animal on the first delivery attempt. You must contact us through Facebook message or e-mail (jerseygirlgeckos@gmail.com) within 30 minutes of delivery for guarantee to be valid. We must receive 3 pictures of the deceased animal within 30 minutes of arrival for this to be valid. No refunds will be made if the gecko is mishandled, mistreated, and/or not cared for correctly. There are no refunds on deceased geckos after they have been in your care for. We are not responsible for carrier delays and the live arrival guarantee is void in the case of carrier delays. No money refunds and no cash refunds on late shipments. Your address that you send for your shipping label will be copied and pasted just as you send it onto your label. Look over it for mistakes, as we will not be liable for any wrong information that causes your gecko to arrived late.
