- Shipping to local hubs only unless special circumstances.
- Any issues must be reported within 2 hrs of receiving your package or no refund will be given.
- Please do not attempt to order any animals that are illegal in your state, we will not knowingly ship illegal animals.
- Once an animal is paid for it is non refundable unless things happen on my end.
- 25% of all payments plans are non refundable
