Bauds Exotic Reptiles is a small family owned business. Our main goal is to produce the highest quality of healthy animals and we thrive on having the best customer service.
Store Policy
Payment methods: We accept Zelle, credit cards,Wires, and money orders. Payments are non-refundable and all sales are final.
Payment plans: We offer payment plans on animals that are $400 or more. We require a 25% deposit (non-refundable) with the balance do in 30 days. Payments are non-refundable. All sales are final.
Health Guarantee: We guarantee our animals are 100% healthy.
Sales/Shipping Guarantee:
* Animals are guaranteed to arrive in good health.
* We guarantee that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise discussed.
* We ship on Tuesday to your Fed Ex Hub that accepts live animals. Shipping to your door will void any of our guarantees. Will be discussed prior to shipping.
* We guarantee the sex on ball pythons (all other reptiles we do not guarantee the sex however, we use our professional techniques and judgments to the best of our abilities). You have 7 days to check the sex of your animal and dispute it.
*Gecko tails may and can fall off during shipping or while holding for shipping. No refunds will be given if they drop a tail. They will be fine if this happens.
* We guarantee the animal is shipped in a healthy state and shipped according to Fed Ex rules and regulations. We guarantee our animals to be in perfect health on arrival and for 7 days after.
* You are responsible for the animal's injury or loss if you fail to obtain the animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 8 hours of hub delivery.
Genetics Guarantee:
* Due to the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, even with our experience we cannot 100% guarantee the accuracy of incomplete dominant (co-dom) genes in our animals.
* Recessive/Heterozygous Genes & the correct gender are always fully guaranteed.
