Store Policy
Payment Methods: We accept a variety forms of payment such as Credit Cards, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Zelle, and CashApp. All payments and sales are final and non-refundable.
Payment Plans: We offer payment plans on all ads that are $500.00 or more and must require 20% deposit for 30 days or 35% deposit for 60 days with the reminder balance being paid within the plan chosen.
Health Guarantee: All animals are 100% guaranteed to arrive safe and healthy with the purchase of Shipping Insurance.
Shipment/ sales Policy:
1. All sales are final and non-refundable
2. Buyer must pay shipping and amount vary's by location; All shipping goes through Shipyourreptiles.com
3. If Seller backs out of deal and Buyer has paid, Seller is responsible for 100% Refund of the money, including any portion labeled as non-refundable.
4. All animals are guaranteed to arrive to Buyer alive and in good health condition with the purchase of shipping insurance.
5. Seller guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one shown on ad, otherwise backed up by most current image represented in ad.
6. Seller guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered. Claim period is 7 days, please double check the sex of your purchase upon arrival.
7. Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in healthy condition and shipped according to all FedEx, UPS's, and ShipYourReptiles.com rules and regulations. Buyer is responsible for animal injury or loss if buyer fails to obtain animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 8 hours of hub delivery.
8. If the animal is shown to be sick or injured within 24 hours of delivery as proven by the Buyer (Photos and videos must been shown for proof), seller is responsible for refund or replacement.
9. Seller is not responsible for animal temperament.
10. Live Guarantee is voided if buyer does not purchase shipping insurance on the animal.
