Breeder of plains (Western) hognose snakes. I take great pride in customer communication and health of my reptiles. All snakes will come with trackers of sheds/feeds/weight. Sales Receipt/ Down Payment tracker is kept/given to you upon full price being paid. Please feel free to contact me in any way before/after purchases. I am a small hobby breeder that fully believes in transparency and fairness. Happily provide any kind of video/picture as proof I am not scamming. Anything i can do to make the transition of your little one to you simpler and easier please let me know.
Store Policy
Store policy -
I accept payment through PayPal Goods and Service, Zelle, cash/check if being picked up locally. For PayPal please use Goods and Service, this protects me and you from scams. Any fees associated with this is taken in account of pricing. I only ship Domestically within the USA. All animals will ship through Reptiles2you.com, or be picked up locally. I will only ship if weather permits along package route. I will not ship in weather that is unsafe. In areas where weather may be borderline I will require Fedex Hub delivery to ensure the snake is not put on a cold/hot truck for hours for a delivery.
Snakes -
Live arrival and health guarantee. If there is any issues with delivery you must send pictures within 2 hours of delivery or pick up from local hub showing delivery issues or loss. All snakes will be shipped in accordance with industry standard (priority overnight shipping in insulated box) and will require signature upon delivery. If you waive the signature, I will not refund lost packages, the signature is to ensure the safe delivery of your snake into your hands. If you Waive the signature you will also waive your live arrival guarantee. Please be home to sign or have someone home to sign, or arrange pick up/delivery to a local fedex hub store. {Due to COVID 19 FEDEX isn't honoring Signatures and are leaving packages on porches. This should not be an issue as you should have someone home to bring the package inside, I am very active on keeping track of packages. I will likely text you when Fedex marks package as delivered. If this is an issue please ask to be shipped to a local hub.} Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions regarding your new pet even if its months after purchasing. Thank you!
Down Payments -
I do accept down Payments to hold snakes or to place on a payment plan. I require 30% as a down payment to hold an animal, you then have 60 days to pay the remaining balance. If animals 30% of value is less then $100 then the down payment is $100. 30% of the total value of the animal is non refundable if purchaser opts out or decides they don't want to finish the payment plan. Failure to pay within the 60 days (without prior discussing situation with me) will call for the snake being taken off hold and re available for others to purchase along with the forfeiting any payments made up to 30% of the reptiles pricing.
I can be flexible and cooperative if you have certain circumstances arise, just be open and clear with me. Communication is key.
***Snakes will not ship until full balance is paid to include any shipping charges. For down payments and payment plans, the snake will stay in my care as you pay it off. Any health issue or death that occurs in the time I am still in possession of the snake will grant you a refund of your money in Full or an offer to replace the snake.
