Hello! We are currently breeding Phidippus regius, mystaceous, nikites, otiosus, adumbratus.
Also available in the next coming week/months; Phidippus adumbratus, Phidippus arizonensis, Phidippus audux, and Phidippus otiosus.
Disclaimer: I am happy to help answer questions, but I also encourage all new owners to do research PRIOR to adopting for the first time. While they are fairly "easy" pets, they require special care to live the happiest life possible! I can't wait to work with you!
Store Policy
Please note: during the Summer, shipping is based on weather and location. The details will be worked out on an individualized basis. California shipping is very flexible.
My spooders come with a LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE (for priority overnight shipments to FED EX HUB only). They also can be shipped right to your door-step given the weather conditions are favorable, and you will be home to receive. During the summer, when temps are above 85 degrees F, I will pause shipping until temps become favorable. I will use Cryopack (phase 22) and insulated white shipping boxes (regardless) during warm months at no extra cost to you. Please reach out to me with your zip to discuss details and shipment costs, as each state is different. I do not "up" my shipping prices to make money. My shipping prices reflect exactly what I pay to your zip code, overnight priority, plus the additional cost of the live arrival guarantee and materials. Shipping live animals can sometimes cost more than the spider itself, so I recommend buying more than one spood, as the shipping price stays the same for multiples.
Any spoods that are delivered DOA (dead on arrival) may only receive reimbursement if pictures are taken of the spood along side the box with the shipping label visible with a time stamp. Any spiders sent to a residential address are not eligible for reimbursement. You must have the spiders sent to a FedEx Hub to be eligible for reimbursement due to special handling requirements for live animal shipments and climate controlled storage.
All sales are final. Please advise, colors of spiders may vary after each molt. I sex my spiders based off of my knowledge and experience, but I am not perfect. If I am unsure of the sex I will say so in my ad. Please understand sexing a spider is not 100% guaranteed until the spider is adult/matured. However, most are obvious by i6-18.
I only ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to avoid any delays. If you want shipment on Wednesday it must be priority overnight shipping and arranged/paid for by Tuesday night. Same day shipping for a purchase Wednesday only will work if we agree to it and I’m available to do so.
Eligibility Requirements for Live Arrival Guarantee:
Must be shipped Priority Overnight to a Fed-Ex hub near you that accepts live animals. You must pickup that package within 1-2 hours of arrival.
Must be shipped out Monday through Wednesday.
Shipments sent out on Thursday or Friday are not covered.
Package must be delayed and the delay must be a FedEx approved service failure (volume, mis-sorts, and lost packages).
Any delay that cannot be directed associated with FedEx’s infrastructure (i.e. weather delays, airport closures, local closures, etc) will not be covered.
If the delay is caused by a requested service change by the recipient (incorrect address change, reroute, etc), you will not be covered.
When shipping to a hub, the package is considered on time if it’s scanned as ‘Ready for Pickup’ before the commitment time.
If the recipient picks up the package late and the animal is DOA, you are not covered.
When shipping to a residential or business address, the package is considered on time if a delivery attempt is made before the commitment time.
