Policy: Animal is warranty within 24 hours is signed at the first attempt. If an animal arrives dead, please let me know within an hour of signing at the first attempt of delivery and provide a photo as proof. If any serious issue please inform me at Gene_Pool_Reptilesin Instagram and I will do my best to make it right.
Shipping: Shipping costs will be provided with Zip Code. All animals will be feed without assistance a couple of days before they ship out and will be shipped with proper weather conditions. This means no animals will ship if the weathers are below 40 degrees or above 100 degrees Fereheint. Heat pads will be provided in cold weather and cold packs when the weather requires them. An animal can be shipped outside these parameters but no warranty will be honored. This is to ensure that the animal is not put under extra stress and arrives healthy to your hands.
