Store Policy
We take credit card and PayPal for payments. Payment plans only offered on prices over $500 in which its 50% nonrefundable down to hold with the rest due within 2 weeks. Prices over $1000 is 25% nonrefundable down to hold with the rest due within 4 weeks. Shipping overnight to states where they are legal to own. We only ship when the weather is above 40° or below 90°. Everything is guaranteed live and healthy upon arrival to up to 1 week. Refunds are only offered if we are notified about a sick animal within the first week of arrival.
