Store Policy
Payment plans are 25% down due upfront (non refundable) with 30days to pay the rest. There are no refunds and will work with you beyond 30 days on large purchases! 7 day health guarantee, animals will arrive in good health, disease and parasite free. If for some reason the snake passes away with in the 7 days I require proof of it and a panel test from a vet as well as a report stating they examined the animal after it passed, at this point as long as you did nothing wrong to cause it to pass i will send you a new snake of the same speices at greater or equal value depending on what I have. Shipping is hub to hub only. No home deliveries. As drivers can be very rough with parcels. It's for the safety of the animal. Auctions! anyone who has won an auction must pay for the animal and shipping IN FULL within 48 hours! NO animals will be shipped without the balance paid in FULL. If for some reason you can only pay via paypal if there is a hold on funds sent the snake WILL NOT ship until ALL funds are released
