Our business was established by the desire to create and share the beauty of nature's artwork that is found in the many morphs of reptiles. Our focus is centered on the quality and well being of all animals produced.
Store Policy
1. PAYMENT - We accept PayPal or cashiers check. If paying by cashiers check, the check must be received and verified prior to shipping of animal. Cash is only for local pick-ups. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. Any payment towards an order is an implied agreement to all the terms set forth herein and constitutes a good faith agreement of consent towards purchase. Please read all the terms and be in full acceptance prior to making payment.
2. SHIPPING - Shipping is weather dependent and may vary on holidays or other circumstances. We will not ship if temperatures are above 90 degrees or below 45 degrees at shipping or destination location or any hub in between. Shipping arrangements are scheduled once full payment is received and domestic shipments are via FedEx Priority Overnight. All specifics pertaining to arrival will be discussed prior to shipment. Immediately after shipment booking, the customer will be contacted with a tracking number. Due to occasional unforeseen delays, it is important to verify the arrival time of your shipment once it is in route. At the current time, all shipments will be hold for pick-up at a local FedEx Ship Center. Upon receipt of the shipment, you must immediately open the shipment to insure against theft or accidental death. If a problem arises, please notify us immediately.
3. ANIMAL GUARANTEE - Live arrival is guaranteed when temperatures are between 40°F-85°F at the destination location at the time of delivery. All animals will be healthy (to the best of our knowledge), feeding, and correctly sexed unless otherwise noted and agreed upon. If accurate sexing is not possible, all customers will be notified prior to payment. All animals are 100% guaranteed to the customers liking. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment and we will gladly replace the animal or refund your money. In the event of a refund request, it is the customer’s responsibility to safely ship the animal(s) back to us via FedEx Priority Overnight. Once the returned animal(s) arrives, a refund will be processed. In the event of a DOA (dead on arrival), claims must be made with video of animal within 1 hour of the FedEx timestamp of pickup from Hub or delivery of the package for home/business delivery. DOA’s are extremely rare and we take every measure to deliver you a healthy, well packaged animal. If animal is DOA and not due to buyer’s delay for pick up, there will be a refund of the cost of the animal.
4. GENETICS GUARANTEE - We identify all snakes to the best of our ability but some multi-gene combos can be extremely difficult, or even impossible, to ID with 100% confidence. Please carefully inspect and/or research every purchase and be in agreement as to the genetics and sex stated. If there is an issue regarding a snakes’ ID, we will work with you to remedy the situation. We do not offer refunds in these cases but will consider crediting in a reasonable manner.

5. PAYMENT PLANS - Payment plans are available on purchases of $500 or more with a minimum deposit of 25% and the order must be paid in full within 30 days of the initial deposit. Extended payment plans will be handled on a case-by-case basis. All deposits are non refundable. All payment plan deposits, and subsequent payments, are non-refundable.
