Store Policy
**With the current winter weather across the country, we will do our best to ship animals as soon as possible. Our snakes are our priority, so some shipments may be delayed due to cold temps or storms. We will be sure to give regular updates to all customers in this situation and coordinate a safe shipping window for the animals.**
We guarantee all recessive genetics, sex and health on every animal that leaves our facility. Codominant traits will be listed to the best of our ability.
Live Arrival is Guaranteed. Shipments will only be made to a FedEx hub. If this is a concern for your situation, we can address this on a case to case basis.
All animals must be signed for within a 24 hour window of arrival at the shipping facility. Once an animal has arrived at its destination with someone there to sign, we offer a 72 hour period to let us know of any concerns.
Payment Plans vary basis by basis, generally we take 25% to hold, then lengths vary based on cost and animal. Please ask and we will be happy to help with the payment plan that suits you.
*AUCTION TERMS*
Auction winner will always pay a $75 flat shipping fee.
Payment must be paid in full within 24 hours of auction win, unless a payment plan is set up before the end of the auction.
Shipping will be determined at best possible time for weather and customer receiving.
