Store Policy
Can take venmo or PayPal, or cash for in person purchases. Payment plans are available with a 25% down payment. A time schedule will to pay the rest will be determined based on the remaining balance due. I will be using reptiles2you shipping service. For weather sensitive situations, shipping through Tim Gould is available at a slightly higher rate. Know your state laws before inquiring on potentionally restrictive species. All deposits and payments are non-refundable except for circumstances that are of no fault of your own, such as a DOA due to shipping mishandling. You will not be refunded when you have me place animals on hold, causing me to miss other potential sales with customers on that animal in the process. Due your due diligence. Im not liable for anyones negligence but my own. If any mishap were to happen resulting in a DOA arrival. Pictures and relevant info must be sent to me within the first 2 hours of the time the packaged was picked up in order to qualify for a full refund or replacement.
