Store Policy

Payment Methods:
We accept the most common forms of payment, including credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and SQUARE.

Payment Plans:
We offer payment plans on a case-by-case basis. Usually payment plans start with a 20-25% down non-refundable deposit and extend 30,60 and 90 days, depending on the value of the animal. Exceptions on very large purchases and payment options exceeding 90 days may be an option occasionally. Please inquire about a plan specific to the animal of interest.

Sales Policy:
All sales are final, and all deposits and payments are non-refundable. Your failure to complete the payment plan within the agreed timeframe will result in you forfeiting your hold on the animal(s) and any money already sent. However, I am willing to still work with you. If you have sent the majority of payment and need a bit more time for the final payment. I will grant it as long as you’re still in contact with me.

Shipping:
We ship Monday-Wednesday for next day arrival as long as weather permits. We will hold off shipping during extreme weather conditions. We ship through Reptiles Express via FedEx overnight shipping. We will ship to home or work address, but do prefer to ship directly to buyers nearest FedEx hub for pickup. All animals shipped must be signed for upon arrival or said animal will be brought back to the hub.

If you fail to obtain the animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 8 hours of hub delivery, our live arrival and health guarantee (see below) is void.

Heath Guarantee:
We offer a 100% live arrival and health guarantee. Any illness or death must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a full refund or replacement. Issues arising after this window but within the first seven days of receipt may warrant full or partial refunds, credits, or replacements and will be considered case-by-case. Please contact us immediately for assistance.

Sex and Morph ID:
We sex our animals multiply times before shipping out and guarantee correct sex. However, we’re still human and mistakes could happen. Especially with working with a large variety of different species. So in the unlikelihood we do make a mistake, we will try to make it right even if it’s years later.

We do our best with I’ding every morph combo we produce. Anything we’re unsure of will always be added in the description to that specific animals add.
