All spiders adopted from Jumping Spooder Jungalow come with a Live Arrival Guarantee(priority/priority overnight only) and are subject to a replacement spider or a refund. Spiders can be shipped directly to your home or held at your local FedEx Hub for pickup(photo ID and signature required if held at hub).
We have never had a DOA as we take precautions to ensure the safety of our baby spiders.
If a DOA does occur the adopter must send a photo & video of the deceased spider within 2 HOURS of pickup/delivery in order for the LAG to be validated.
