Store Policy
Deposits are non-refundable if a buyer backs out of a deal. Any amount paid by Buyer that is defined as a "deposit" in the
ongoing transaction is considered a non-
refundable deposit. Most deposits are 25%.
*I guarantee that the animal being delivered
is exactly the one represented in ad as we'll
as the sex of the animal. All genetics are
listed as believed to be unless genetic
testing is specified. By purchasing the
animal you are agreeing to the genetics
listed. I will happily provide information on the parents.
* All shipped animals are shipped to hub locations only. You will need an ID to pick up. Puck up must be within 1 hour of arrival at the hub. If an animal is DOA, I must be notified within 1 hour of arrival time. If an error was made on my end I need to be notified within 4 hours of delivery to your chosen hub. Shipping happens on Tuesday and Wednesday for overnight delivery. Delays are unfortunate and can happen. I package all animals in accordance with the lacey act with appropriate heealing or cooling packs if needed to ensure safe delivery of your new baby.
*I do offer a layaway option for animals over $300. Message to set up details. Layawal plans do require a non refundable deposit. All animals on layaway will stay in my care until they are paid for in full. A shipping date will be set after the animals is paid for in full.
* I guarantee the health of all animals in my care. You will receive the exact animal pictured. If an animal has a flaw that will be documented and disclosed prior to purchase. If you recieve an animals and feel that something has been missed please contact me within 4 hours of its arrival to the shipping hub. If you believe that your animal had arrived in less than perfect condition please provide picture or video documentation of what's going on so we may resolve it promptly.
*If your animals was shipped and you believe that I have misidentified the sex of the snake it must be proven in person, on video which shows the entire animals and it being sexed properly or documentation on the animal by a licensed veteran who has sexed the animal. If you pick up your animals in person or at a show I will happily show you it's gender or allow you or a third party to check its gender so long as the person is qualified to do so without harming the animal.
