My family and I are passionate about animals and responsible breeding, education, and community. We breed ball pythons as a family business and strive to produce quality investment ball pythons for breeders, hobbyist, or first time ball python owners.
Store Policy
Payment Plans:
We offer payment plans for animals above $500 on a case to case basis. Payment arrangements start with a 25% non-refundable deposit and 60 days to pay the balance due in full.
Sales Policy:
All sales and auction sales are final no refunds, and all deposits and payments are non-refundable. After purchasing an animal on auction buyer has 48 hours to pay in full for the animal bid on or we reserve the right to cancel the current auction sale and post the animal again for auction if payment is not received within said time. Buyer's failure to complete their payment plan within the agreed time of 60 days will result in forfeiting their hold on the animal(s) and any deposit money sent already.
Shipping:
We ship Tuesday's and Wednesday's as weather permits. We reserve the right to postpone shipping if we feel the weather is too dangerous to ship the animal. We will reschedule accordingly with you. Animals are shipped overnight via FedEx to the buyer's nearest FedEx Ship Center Hub only and held for pickup. Please inquire for shipping cost estimate.
Sex Guarantee:
Animal sex is 100% guaranteed. We check the sex of each animal before shipping to reduce the risk of error. Please inform us of any issues with the animals gender within 48 hours for resolution. If we do not hear from you within that time frame we assume everything is fine. When you receive your snake please check the sex of your animal. If we do not hear from you before 48 hours of receiving your snake with an issue regarding the snakes sex we will not guarantee any refunds due to issues with the sex of the animal in the future.
Genetics Guarantee:
Due to the increasingly complex projects, we can't 100% guarantee accuracy on co-dom genes in our animals. Animals will be identified to the best of our ability based off experience and other local breeders. Recessive gene's and het's are fully guaranteed.
Live Arrival Health Guarantee:
We offer a 100% live arrival and health guarantee. If the animal is delivered unresponsive you must inform us within 1hr of receiving the animal and a one minute video showing the animals state of health to qualify for a refund only if we are notified of the issue within 1 hour of picking up the animal from the FedEx Hub. Failure to pick up the animal from the Fedex Hub within 6 hours of hub delivery will forfeit any refunds under the live arrival health guarantee.
*NOTE*: The live arrival health guarantee is VOID if we are provided incomplete or incorrect shipping information.
