Store Policy

Payment Policy
A gecko can be put on hold with a 25% non-refundable deposit. From the date of that deposit, you have 30 days to complete the full payment.

If you are unable to complete the payment by the time the 30 day period is up, any amount above the non-refundable deposit will be refunded. Payment is required in full before shipping. All payments will be accepted through Paypal.

Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee all geckos will be healthy when shipped. In the case of a gecko being dead upon arrival, we must be notified within one hour after delivery. A credit for the full purchase amount will be given.

Shipping
Geckos will be shipped via FedEx through Reptiles2you.com on either Monday or Tuesday. We prefer that you pick up at your local FedEx Ship Center, so the gecko can get into your care as fast as possible, but if delivery is guaranteed by 10:30 A.M. in your area, we may consider that option. If no one is home to sign for the package our health guarantee is no longer valid. Any issues with your gecko should be made aware to us within one hour after delivery.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
