At Ken Macek Reptiles, we accept PayPal as our method of payment and zelle. If you would like to purchase through the utilization of our payment plan, please place a 20% non refundable initial payment, this will allow you up to 30 days to make full payment for any animals $600 and lower. Any sale over $600, you will have 60 days to make full payment on. Payment plans have to be paid in full by the agreed time.
We ship Monday through Wednesday overnight FedEx, weather and holidays permitting.
We always 100% guarantee live arrival of our animals, sex of animal (if listed and sexable), and genetics to the best of our ability. If there is any discrepancy with your animal, please notify us within 24 hours of arrival by calling us at (630) 330-1160.
All Recessive genetics are 100% accurate and guaranteed; however, since the industry and genetic combinations have evolved to a very complex level, we will not guarantee codominant identifications as we are often producing World's First creations of living art who have never been seen before. Rest assured though, that with over 30 years of producing ground breaking pythons, we will do our absolute best to identify every genetic that is present in your animal.
We take the health and well being of our animals very seriously, so please be certain that you can properly care for our animals, as we do not cover buyers remorse due to impulse purchases.
