The best way to contact me is text or call. I try to keep an eye on here but if I don't reply within 20 or 30 minutes. Please feel free try text or call. I have had breed just about every reptile, mammal, fish ( fresh and salt water) , and a few different birds. I have a disability if you want to call it that. I find something that interests me and I can't stop till I feel I have learned enough and I go in search of something else to learn. I even went as far as taking classes on how to care for every living thing in a pet shop. A former employer requested every one in the shop do it. I didn't mind I love to learn. I have been told I'm honest to a fault. I just believe if someone does me wrong God will take care of it. The Bible says vengeance is mine sayeth the lord. So to avoid God's wrath I try to be as honest as humanly possible.

Live Animal Return Policy
My goal is to please every customer in every way. I want you to be happy with any animal obtain from me and I am here to help with questions, concerns or just general care advice. In some cases I will be able to accommodate return requests to ensure your experience exceeds your expectations.
Shipping.
Shipping costs will be calculated and add in final price.
exchange only I will not offer any cash refunds or credit card refunds for any reason, . No refunds on any payments. Any disputes must be handled outside of the credit card charge back process. All returns of live animals is at my discretion. I guarantee every animal for 24 hours only because I cannot guarantee your husbandry practices and therefore i can not guarantee animals for longer than 24 hours. I must be notified within 24 hours of any any concern for an exchange to be considered. Once an exchange is agreed by me. I will send you an invoice for the shipping payment to be made prior to sending the return labels. Upon receipt I will email you a Fedex return label to return your animal to me. Once I receive the animal I will make arrangements to ship your exchange animal to you.
Live Arrival Guarantee
All animals are guaranteed to arrive to you alive, in good condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will replace any animal for the cost of the return freight if notified within 24 hours of receipt.
The Live Arrival guarantee is VOID if I am provided incomplete or erroneous shipping information. Please remember these are live animals, please be thorough and provide me with complete and correct shipping information so that your shipment will arrive at the scheduled time. Shipping is determined during purchase of animal. I don't 100% guarantee the sex of animals. Because I have purchased animals from very well known breeders and even they make mistakes. I do pop and probe every animal to determine the sex to the best of my knowledge but sometimes one may grab an animal twice by mistake and mistake sex. I am 99% sure the sex is correct. If I make a mistake I will work with you to make it right.
