Please note: During the summer, shipping is contingent upon weather and location and will be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

My spiders come with a Live Arrival Guarantee ONLY for priority OVERNIGHT shipments to FedEx Ship Centers. Depending on weather conditions and your availability to receive the shipment, they can also be delivered to your doorstep overnight with the same LAG. Choosing 2-Day shipping voids any LAG. When temperatures are above 90 degrees Fahrenheit or below 44, shipping will be paused until conditions are favorable. Please contact me with your ZIP code to discuss shipping details and costs, as rates vary by state. I do not inflate shipping prices for profit; they accurately reflect the overnight priority shipping cost, live arrival guarantee, and materials. Shipping live animals can sometimes cost more than the spider itself, so purchasing multiple spiders may be more cost-effective as the shipping price remains the same.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Reimbursement is possible only if photos are taken of the spider next to the shipping box with the visible shipping label and timestamp. Refund will be given if photo or video proof is received within the first hour after delivery to your home address, or within the first 3 hours if Held at Location. Late package pickup resulting in DOA animals voids coverage.

All sales are final. Please note, the color of certain jumping spider species may vary after molting. I determine the sex of my spiders based on my expertise, though accuracy is not guaranteed until maturity. If unsure, I will indicate so in my listing.

I ship spiders on Tuesdays, unless otherwise arranged.
