About
I started out as a very small time hobby breeder of corn snakes and am now working towards higher quality and high end productions! I expanded into crested geckos and a few other species as my love for the hobby grew. I hope to share my passion for these animals through the babies I send home to everyone!
Store Policy
I ONLY SHIP TO FEDEX SHIP CENTERS AT THIS TIME
Store policy. All animals will have a 7-day health guarantee as long as adequate housing and care is provided to the animal. We will require photo proof of enclosure, temperature, humidity and food staple in the event an animal falls ill or perishes. In some cases, we may request the deceased animal be sent back to us at the cost of the purchaser. We must be notified of a delivery within an hour after it has been marked delivered to be certain the animal has arrived safely and in good condition. We are not responsible for carrier delays or damage to the package during transit. The health guarantee will be void if we are not notified within the time limit. All payments will be non-refundable, no exceptions. In the event of tragedy, we will either replace the animal or give store credit in the amount equal to the value of the lost animal, not including any shipping costs.
We do offer payment plans and summer/winter holds with a non-refundable 25% deposit of the total cost of the animal only. Payment plans will be determined on an individual basis. If we are unable to get into contact with you after your initial deposit is made and you miss payment deadlines, we will assume that you abandoned your purchase and the animal will go back up for sale and you will no longer be eligible for any future payment plan options. It is your responsibility as the buyer to keep in contact and follow the progress of your purchase. Any deposit will not be returned to you. Payments will be made through PayPal using Friends and Family, if paying Goods and Services, the buyer is required to pay the fee.
