About
Lakeshore Exotics is a small time reptile breeder in Cleveland, Ohio. We mainly focus on ball pythons, and a a couple species of boa. We are constantly learning and growing with our collection. Our goal is to produce responsibly bred and healthy animals that are a great fit into anyone's family/collection.
Store Policy
We accept PayPal, Venmo, cash app and cash in some circumstances.
We prefer to ship to local FedEx hubs but will ship to your door if you guarantee someone will be home to receive the package.
If you do not accept shipment on first delivery attempt live arrival guarantee is voided.
Shipping temps must be above 30° and below 90°.
Live arrival is guaranteed only if package is picked up within 2 hours from the time the FedEx Hub makes the package available for pickup or on the first delivery attempt if delivering to home address.
Once the animal is in customers care, we cannot be held accountable for the husbandry of others. In the case of a DOA, we must receive photographic evidence of the deceased animal within 1 hour of gaining possession of that animal. A refund of the purchase price of the animal (excluding the cost of shipping) will be issued once these conditions have been met and confirmed.
Payment plans are available on a case by case basis. We require a minimum of a 25% nonrefundable deposit and remainder must be paid in full within 30-45 days. Any payment plan not successfully completed within that time frame is considered a breach of contract and all payments made will be forfeited.
Shipping is included in all orders over $1000.
We always guarantee the sex and health of all animals and guarantee genetics of animals to the best of our abilities.
