Store Policy
1. Product Quality: We guarantee that all spiders sold by Legacy Exotics are healthy, vibrant, and properly cared for prior to shipping.
2. Live Arrival Guarantee: We stand behind the health and well-being of our spiders. In the unlikely event that your spider does not arrive alive, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. We will promptly issue a replacement spider with split shipping costs. This applies to overnight delivery only. There is no live arrival guarantee on 2 day shipping options.
3. Age and Size Information: While we provide approximate age and size information for our jumping spiders, please note that variations may occur due to individual growth rates. We strive to accurately represent each spider's stage of development to help you make informed purchasing decisions.
4. Breeding and Reproduction: Legacy Exotics does not guarantee the breeding success of purchased spiders. Breeding behaviors and outcomes are influenced by various factors beyond our control, including environmental conditions and individual spider characteristics. However, we are happy to provide advice and resources to enthusiasts interested in breeding their spiders.
5. Returns and Exchanges: Due to the sensitive nature of live animals, we do not accept returns or exchanges for jumping spiders once they have been delivered. However, if you encounter any issues with your spider within the first 7 days of receiving it, please reach out to us immediately. We'll work with you to address any concerns and ensure the well-being of your spider.
6.Shipping: We take great care in packaging and shipping our spiders to ensure their safety during transit. We ship our spiders via reputable carriers with temperature control measures in place when necessary. Please note that extreme weather conditions may affect shipping schedules, but we will communicate any delays or issues with you promptly.

Pricing & Payments
Wholesale Discounts: We offer 50% off the retail price on wholesale orders. Prices may vary based on quantity, species, and customization needs.
Payments: All payments must be made in full prior to shipment. We accept major credit cards, Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, and PayPal.
Pricing Adjustments: Prices are subject to change based on demand, seasonal availability, and market fluctuations. Updated pricing will be communicated ahead of time.
Shipping & Delivery
Processing Times: Wholesale orders require a longer processing time, typically between 2 and 3 business days.
Shipping Options: We ship via FedEx and offer overnight and temperature-controlled options for safe spider delivery. Shipping rates are calculated based on the order size and shipping location.
International Orders: Currently, we only ship domestically; however, please inquire about international options if applicable.
Returns & Refunds
Live Arrival Guarantee: We ensure safe arrival with our live arrival guarantee on all priority overnight shipments. In case of DOA (Dead on Arrival), please notify us within 1 hour of delivery with photographic proof to qualify for a replacement or credit.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on live animals. However, products like enclosures and supplies may be eligible for return if unopened and unused.
Damaged or Defective Supplies: If any supplies arrive damaged, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.
