All shipping fees are nonrefundable. Seller is not responsible for shipper delays or missed deliveries or pick ups. DOA/dead and health concerns must be addressed by email or phone call within 4 hours of pick up with a photo or video or veterinarian certificate depending on the seller. Shipping to nearest fedex hub only. There will be no refunds, charge backs, or partial credit if shipment is not picked up within 4 hours of notification by carrier to seller or buyer. Any refunded shipping fees will be depending on situation. Make sure all information is true and accurate on the shipping label. If sexed incorrectly, you have 1 week after delivery to return on your cost for an animal and I will ship the correct sex, if available. If sex is not guaranteed or written, it is unsexed and not determined at the time of sale. Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal. Thank you.
