Store Policy
In-Person Pick Up: In-person pick up is available in Escondido, CA.
Shipping Details: Shipping is done Monday through Wednesday so that potential delays are less likely to run into the weekend. I ship only to a FedEx hub for pickup for the safety of the gecko. Geckos are sent in insulated boxes with heat or cool packs as required; however, temperatures must still be within a safe range for the animal. For our geckos, nighttime lows must be above 35 degrees F and daytime highs must be under 85 degrees F. I am happy to care for a purchased animal until the weather is acceptable for shipping. Purchaser must be 18 years or older.
Gender: I don’t guarantee the gender of the gecko unless they are at least 25 grams. All babies and juveniles are pore sexed to the best of my ability.
Payment Plan Availability: Payment plans can be used for geckos who are $400 or more. By sending the deposit amount, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms.
Payment Plan Terms: A payment plan begins with the receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 25% and all payments made during a payment plan are also non-refundable. Payment plans for geckos are 30 days in length.
Gecko tails: Geckos will sometimes drop their tails or have stuck shed that pinches the tail. This does not affect the health or breeding ability of the gecko. Therefore, no compensation will be offered in the event of stuck shed pinching or tail loss. I do my best to ensure 100% successful sheds on all of the babies but sometimes stuck shed can be hard to spot (especially on white tails).
