S.H.E.D. Genetics Serpent Engineers are passionate about designing and developing stunning patterns and colors in Ball Python morphs. We have been caring for and keeping reptiles for since 2013 and began our breeding journey in 2019. Our main goal is to grow and breed happy healthy Ball Pythons. We care for all of our animals like family.
Store Policy
UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE: WE ARE CURRENTLY SHIPPING ON TUESDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS FOR NEXT DAY PICKUP AT YOUR NEAREST AUTHORIZED FEDEX HUB ONLY
~ Payment / Holds ~
Payments are non-refundable and all sales are final.
We accept Zelle, PayPal Friends & Family, Venmo Friends and cash for local pickup.
Full payment is required before shipment. Invoices must be paid within one hour of receipt. Payment Plan Deposits are 25% down of the total {shipping & animal(s)} requested and are Non-Refundable. We do not hold animals without a deposit.
*Under $200 = Due on Receipt; No Deposits
*$200-$500 = 25% deposit & the balance paid off in 2 weeks
*$500-$1000 = 25% deposit & the balance paid off in 30 days
*Over $1000 = 25% deposit & the balance paid off in 60 days
~ Shipping ~
Package will come FedEx Priority Overnight to a FedEx Hub. Shipping available in the continental United States only. Shipping will be on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Shipments must be picked up within 2 hours of arriving at FedEx Hub or live arrival is void. Temperature forecast for shipping date must be between 40 - 90 degrees F or we will have to postpone delivery for a different day. Buyer accepts all responsibility of shipments sent to any address other than a FedEx Hub and are not guaranteed live arrival.
~ Guarantee ~
Live arrival is guaranteed only when shipped to a FedEx Hub. Buyer must agree on a shipping date for which they will be available in person to accept and sign for the delivery. If an animal arrives DOA, video must be sent to our email or texted to Matt directly within one hour of the delivery time marked on the shipment. 48 hour health guarantee (all of our animals are completely healthy and we would never send anyone an unhealthy snake, but this is of course for our own safety).
~ Genetics ~
Morphs are ID'd to the best of our ability, some combinations can be very difficult to be 100% sure. On request snakes will come with their own "Snake Sheet", listing the genetics of each parent and clutch information.
~ Returns ~
All sales are final and we do not accept any returns unless animal was DOA.
