Store Policy
All animals will be guaranteed healthy at time of shipping. Animals will be properly represented and sexed, please confirm sex when animal is received. If for any reason you are unhappy with the transaction, please notify me within 48 hours of delivery for a refund. All return shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility. The animal must be returned as promptly as possible and in healthy condition in order to receive refund, replacement, or store credit.
All heterozygous genes are 100% guaranteed. Any multiple gene combos will be theoretical identifications. I aim to be as transparent as possible with pairings, any information about pairings are available upon request.
I ship with Fedex Tuesday through Thursday, weather permitting. All hub pickups will have a live animal guarantee. If you opt to have front door shipping you waive your live animal guarantee. Shipping cost will depend on size of animal and distance it must travel.
Payment plans are on a case by case basis with a 500$ minimum required. A non-refundable 25% deposit is due in order for me to place the animal on hold. For snakes 500$ to $1500 in value, payment must be received in full within 30 days. Anything above $1500 will need to be paid in full within 60 days.
